1. Acceptance

By using Sumdle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The Service

Sumdle is a daily merge puzzle app rated 9+ (App Store) / Everyone 10+ (Google Play). It includes one official daily puzzle, Shadow Replay practice, personal stats, streaks, shareable result cards, optional local notifications, and ads for free users.

v1.0 (2026-07-27): no in-app purchases are offered. Paid features (Pro Unlock ¥600 one-time) are planned for v1.1 (target 2026-08-17 ± 1 week); these Terms and the 特商法 disclosure will be updated before purchase surfaces become active.

3. Fair Use

You may not tamper with game logic, ads, telemetry, feature flags, or app storage; use automation or modified clients; access non-public systems; or use Sumdle in a way that violates law, platform rules, or the rights of others.

4. Ads and Rewards

Free users may see AdMob interstitial and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads may unlock Shadow Replay only when the reward is completed and confirmed by the ad flow. Ad availability and reward delivery can vary by region, device, network, consent state, and provider availability.

5. Notifications

If you allow notifications, Sumdle may schedule local daily puzzle and streak reminders. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

6. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Sumdle Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

Sumdle may be unavailable due to maintenance, app updates, store review, provider outages, network issues, or discontinued platform support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific puzzle outcomes, specific ad inventory, or permanent availability of any free feature.

8. Intellectual Property

Sumdle, including its game implementation, visual assets, text, code, branding, and related materials, is owned by the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises between you and the operator in connection with Sumdle or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region require otherwise.

1. 同意

Sumdle を利用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、アプリを利用しないでください。

2. サービス内容

Sumdle は年齢区分 9+（App Store）／ Everyone 10+（Google Play） のデイリーマージパズルアプリです。1日1回の公式デイリーパズル、Shadow Replay、個人統計、ストリーク、共有用結果カード、任意のローカル通知、無料ユーザー向け広告を含みます。

v1.0（2026-07-27）ではアプリ内課金（有料商品）を提供しません。有料機能（Pro Unlock ¥600 買い切り）は v1.1（2026-08-17 ± 1週 リリース予定）以降に提供予定であり、購入導線を表示する前に本規約および特商法表記を更新します。

3. 公正な利用

ゲームロジック、広告、分析、フィーチャーフラグ、アプリ保存領域の改ざん、自動化や改変クライアントの利用、非公開システムへのアクセス、法令・プラットフォーム規則・第三者の権利に反する利用は禁止します。

4. 広告とリワード

無料ユーザーには AdMob のインタースティシャル広告およびリワード広告が表示される場合があります。リワード広告は、広告フローにより完了が確認された場合に限り Shadow Replay を解除することがあります。

5. 通知

通知を許可した場合、Sumdle はデイリーパズルおよびストリークのローカル通知をスケジュールすることがあります。通知は端末設定からオフにできます。

6. プライバシー

情報の取り扱いは Sumdle プライバシーポリシー に記載しています。

7. 提供可否

Sumdle は、メンテナンス、アプリ更新、ストア審査、外部サービス障害、ネットワーク問題、プラットフォーム対応終了等により利用できない場合があります。

8. 知的財産権

Sumdle のゲーム実装、ビジュアル資産、テキスト、コード、ブランド、関連資料は、運営者またはライセンサーに帰属します。

9. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。Sumdle または本規約に関連してユーザーと当社との間で紛争が生じた場合、法令により別段の定めがある場合を除き、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、ユーザーの居住地における強行法規上の消費者保護を排除するものではありません。
